Terms and Conditions:

Snappy's Unique Designs

Each piece is designed to your specifications. Please allow three weeks for completion of your custom piece(s). Some imperfections are to be expected as the BBR designs are hand designed for you.

Refunds/Exchanges

Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We want you to be happy!

If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within THREE BUSINESS DAYS and then have the product back to us within TEN BUSINESS DAYS, or your package will be refused. TALK TO US, please. We will REMAKE your order if we have made an error.

We do not give REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom, monogrammed, or engraved products, or on any product more than thirty days after shipment.

For that reason, please be certain that you tell us on your order exactly what you want. You can use the comments section to write us a whole paragraph of description if that’s what it takes to let us know how you want your custom design to be made. We copy and paste personalization directly from your order to help prevent spelling errors. It is important to type the personalization correctly and DOUBLE CHECK ALL SPELLING before placing your order. Snappy Traditions cannot be held responsible if the order information is given to us incorrectly.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail at a rate of $8. Orders over $100 will add an additional $4, with a maximum of $12 for shipping for any amount. On occasion, some items will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex if your package is larger. Some items may come separately. Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge. Please allow at least five business days for the design of your product other than shipping.

Holiday Orders

During holidays, your order may be delayed. We will notify you if this is the case.

Availability

Occasionally, items will be back ordered. We will notify you if something is on backorder. We cannot guarantee availability of any design.

Cancelled Orders

Snappy Traditions does not accept cancelled orders as all orders are custom made.

The trademarks, service marks, logo, and designs used and displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Snappy Traditions and Beadlets by Ronni Designs. The names Snappy Traditions and Beadlets by Ronni Designs and/or the logo may not be used in any way without prior written permission from Snappy Traditions and/or Beadlets by Ronni Designs.
